The 2007-08 Six Flags Read to Succeed
forms are now available!!

The forms for the Six Flags Reading Program are similar to last year. Please read the information below to ensure you submit all the necessary materials.
To participate in the reading program through Homeschool Excursions, you must:
1. Print a Keeping Track form for each of your kids. List yourself as the teacher. Be sure to sign the bottom when your kids have completed recording their books and time.
2. Mail the Keeping Track forms and the Teacher's Reading Club List to Homeschool Excursions with a self addressed stamped envelope. If you do not include an envelope, we will not be able to mail you your tickets.
3. Homeschool Excursions must receive your forms no later than February 15th. This does not mean postmarked by the 15th; this means in our hands by that date. Forms that are received after February 15th will not be accepted. It takes us a long time to record the information from the families that participate (last year it was more than 100 families), so please understand why we are strict regarding the date.
4. Until now, we have been able to offer this service free of charge. However, in recent years the number of families participating has grown tremendously. It now takes many, many hours for us to process the forms. Our Board of Directors has decided that families who have joined Homeschool Excursions may still participate for free. Non-members must pay a processing fee of $7.00 per student ticket. Please consider joining Homeschool Excursions to support our efforts to offer quality and affordable programs. 5. We will mail your Six Flags tickets to you as soon as we receive them, usually in mid April.
Your checklist:
1) Student Keeping Track form (1 per student, signed by parent at the bottom)
2) Teacher's Reading Club List (1 per family, signed by parent at the bottom)
3) Self addressed stamped envelope
4) $7.00 per student ticket for non-members (no charge for HSE members)
5) Please include (on a separate piece of paper) your phone number and e-mail address (just in case we are missing something from you)
6) Mail your forms in time for us to have received them by February 15th
7) Make a copy of all your forms for your records
