Please fill out one application for each student interested in attending.
Include a check made payable to Homeschool Excursions or click on the Pay Pal button to use a credit card.
We will keep your application on file so you won't need to complete another unless your information changes.

Cancellation Policy:
Homeschool Excursions must be notified via e-mail or a person-to-person conversation (no voice mail messages) within 48 hours of the event. If less than 48 hours notice is given, payment is nonrefundable.
